WATER EFFICIENCY
To encourage efficiency when using water, we provide dual flush WCs.
NATURE
A rose bush will be gifted to each homeowner, so it can be planted to benefit physical wellbeing. Additionally, birds, bees and butterflies will enjoy the roses in search of their daily food. We have created a natural habitat with trees, plants and shrubs to further encourage a sense of peace and wellbeing.
ENERGY
A photovoltaic solar panel has been installed at some of our developments, which should help to cut our carbon footprint and help the environment.
Low energy lighting will be provided to every home to help with efficiency and cost.
TIMBER
The timber we have sourced is carbon neutral certified. In addition, our timber supplier operates a buy one – plant one scheme where they will plant a new tree for every ton of timber sold.
TRANSPORT
Each home has been future proofed with services for a car charging point, which requires final connection by you.
The creation of local cycle paths to further encourage sustainable travel.
RECYCLE
Recycling provided within the kitchen to encourage reduction of waste.
